nix filmed the assassination from the opposite side of elm to mr zapruder . nix as seen in the film said that he thought a shot came from the knoll / fence area .

he was called to talk about and be filmed in regards what he filmed and saw that tragic day . HE MADE THE MISTAKE OF THINKING THAT HE WAS TAKING PART IN AN HONEST FILMED RECORDING .

he was asked where he thought the shots came from , as in the film above he said the fence area . the director said CUT , he was spoken to and asked again and the film rolled , again he heard CUT . and again he had to be spoken to about what he was saying he saw . he repeated what he said he saw , which was he thought a shot came from the fence area . the director said CUT CUT CUT . and then OFF CAMERA told nix NOW WHAT DID THOSE NICE WARREN COMMISSION FELLAS DECIDE ABOUT THE SHOTS ? , nix replied THEY SAID THEY CAME FROM THE DEPOSITORY BUILDING . the director said YES , THATS RIGHT , THATS WHAT WE WANT YOU TO SAY .

so on film nix said WHAT HE WAS TOLD TO SAY , and not what he had always said and maintained . he drove home that day with his grand daughter angry and hitting the steering wheel of his car with frustration at what they did to him .
